摘要
通过改造FESTO模块化生产系统的供料模块,扩大该模块的工件尺寸范围并提高其柔性。供料模块采用PLC控制系统,通过执行相应程序指令控制模块中每个部件的动作,实现了供料功能。另增设上位机,通过组态软件在上位机中生成监控界面,可发送指令至PLC以完成急停、启动等动作,也可通过该界面查看模块的实时工作情况。通过对供料单元的改进,为整个系统设计提出新思路。
Through redesigning the board unit of modular production system(MPS) of FESTO, the scope of work piece size was expanded and the flexibility was improved. PLC was the core of control system, which controlled the motion of all parts in this module. By adding supervisory computer, the supervisory interface was made up with configuration software. The stop and start signals could be sent, and the real-time condition could be displayed on the interface.
