摘要
根据钢管热扩口工艺的特点和扩口过程中的金属流动规律,推导出扩口力的计算公式,并运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对扩口过程进行了数值模拟,验证了扩口公式计算的准确性。为以后扩口力的计算提供了依据。
According to the characters and metal flow law of hot pipe expanding process, an expanding pressure calculation formula is derived, and the numerical simulation about expanding process is carried out with ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The simulation shows the formula is accurate, which provides a basis for the expanding pressure calculation later.
