五泵变频循环软启恒压供水系统设计

摘要 变频恒压供水系统由变频器接收压力信号,输出调制信号,由PLC进行逻辑运算与外部输出。当电机数量较多时程序编写难度很大,增加了前期设计与日后维护的难度,利用ACS510的SPFC功能,可以简化程序设计,实现多泵的循环变频软启。 Constant pressure water supply system is mainly composed of inverter and PLC. The inverter receives the pressure signal, outputs modulation signal. And PLC is responsible for logic operation and external output. When the number of motor is more than 2, programming becomes very difficult. Meanwhile, it will increase the difficulty of pro-design and future maintenance. By using ACSS10's the SPFC function, you can simplify programming, and make multi-pump frequency conversion cycle soft start water supply system work properly.
