PWM智能电源网侧三相电抗器的工程设计

摘要 结合实际的工程要求和生产实践经验,详细介绍了PWM智能电源网侧配备的三相交流电抗器的设计和制作方案。举例说明了电抗器电感值的选取、线圈的匝数及所用铜线的选取、铁芯尺寸的设计以及所加磁路气隙的调整等,并对电抗器进行电感值、饱和电流以及温升等测试实验,验证电抗器的性能满足设计要求。 Combining with the actual engineering design and production experience, this paper detailedly introduced the design and manufacturing scheme of 3-phase AC reactor. The reactor was on the electrical network of the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) intelligent power supply. And the paper gave an example of the reactor to explain the selection of the inductance value of reactor, the design method of turns of coil and the size of iron core, and the adjustment of air gap in magnetic circuit. Then, the experiments about inductance value, saturated current and temperature rise were done in order to prove the performance of reactor met the design requirements.
