摘要
介绍了龙门铣床横梁、滑枕液压自动平衡系统的工作原理。着重分析了龙门铣床在上移、停止、下移3种工况下溢流型三通减压阀在平衡横梁自重过程中的工作机理,对三通减压阀的减压过程、溢流过程分别建立状态方程,同时给出了三通减压阀控制平衡油缸的动态过程数学模型,完成了基于MATLAB SIMU-LINK软件包的平衡系统仿真。仿真结果表明基于三通减压阀的液压自动平衡系统能够较好地实现龙门铣床横梁、滑枕的自重平衡作用。
The principle of hydraulic automatic balance system for planomiller's beam and ram is introduced, the mechanism of equalizer's balancing process is analysed on three conditions, which are moving up, fixing on and moving down. The state equation is created for the process of tee pressure reducing valve's overflow and relief pressure. Meanwhile, the dynamic process mathematical model is given about tee pressure reducing valve controlling oil cylinder. The balance system's simulation is completed based on MATLAB SIMULINK. The sirnulation' s outcome demonstrates that tee pressure reducing valve's hydraulic automatic system could better realize the balancing effect of planomiller's beam and ram.
