全膝关节置换术治疗成人双侧先天性髌骨脱位伴膝骨关节炎1例报告

摘要
先天性髌骨脱位又称先天性髌骨外侧脱位，是一种罕见畸形，病因不明，有遗传倾向。早期临床症状及体征不明显，待3～5岁髌骨骺核出现后经X线检查方能发现。有关成人先天性髌骨脱位治疗的文献报道较少见。
