NALP3炎性体在肾脏疾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 各种外源性或内源性的刺激可通过不同的信号通路激活NALP3炎性体,使caspase-1活化,引起IL-1β、IL-18等促炎细胞因子成熟分泌,进而发挥其生物学作用。NALP3炎性体活化在多种急、慢性非感染性炎症疾病的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。已证实NALP3炎性体与2型糖尿病、痛风、阿尔兹海默病等急慢性非感染性炎症疾病相关,但在肾脏疾病领域的研究目前尚处于初期阶段。进一步研究NALP3炎性体的激活途径和调控的分子机制,更深刻地了解其与各种肾脏疾病及其它相关炎性疾病的关系,将会为治疗这些临床疾病提供新的思路与理论依据,阻止NALP3炎性体的活化很可能成为防治这些疾病的一个新的靶点。
