单倍体相合造血干细胞移植后合并弥漫性肺泡出血二例报告并文献复习

摘要
弥漫性肺泡出血（DAH）是以咯血、进行性呼吸困难、贫血、胸部影像学表现为弥漫肺泡浸润或实变为特征的临床综合征。单倍体相合造血干细胞移植（HSCT）后合并DAH报道少见，现报告2例并进行文献复习。
