摘要
针对挤压成形中存在的工艺问题,提出了减少材料所受约束,减少同时加压面积,缩短材料与挤压力之间垂直流动距离等3条保护模具的设计措施,改善了模具的工作状况和材料的流动性,有效地延长了模具寿命。
Aiming at the problems of technology in extrusion process, three measures designed for die protection were put forward, such as decreasing the restraint of material, reducing pressure area at the same time, shortening vertical flow distance of the material to the extrusion force. The working conditions of the die and flowability of the materials were improved significantly, which can effectivel prolong the die life.
