摘要
重介质旋流器在高速旋转的矿浆作用下内壁承受高速的冲击,磨损十分严重。应用高耐磨性、高硬度的多元高铬铸铁,通过合理的化学成分、热处理工艺、机械加工工艺,生产了重介质旋流器,实际应用中具有良好的耐磨性,符合使用性能要求。
The inner wall of heavy medium cyclone is endured the high velocity impacting of ore slurry during operation, which leads to the bad wear. Using the multi-element high chrome cast iron with high hardness and high abradability, adopting the reasonable chemical composition, heat treatment process and machining technology scheme, a kind of heavy medium cyclone was manufactured. And in the practical use the products have a strong wear resistance, which meet demand of standard.
