Sand casting transfer coating of the optimum formula is using quartz powder as refi＇actory aggregate, talcum powder as auxiliary refractory aggregate, the acid phosphate as binder, magnesium oxide as a coagulant. By main performance test, the results show that the coating has higher production value for the application and popularization.
