摘要 利用deform-3D对2024铝棒的复合加压精密剪切过程进行有限元模拟,分析剪切时材料的断裂过程,得到了剪切各个阶段的金属流动、应力和应变的分布情况。并分别利用复合加压剪切和径向夹紧剪切两种工艺对2024铝棒进行剪切试验。对比两种剪切工艺的计算机模拟结果和试验结果,得出复合加压精密剪切工艺使材料剪切时承受三向压应力,提高了剪切变形区材料的塑性,改善了径向夹紧剪切压塌角大、断面撕裂等问题。 The process of 2024 AI bar shearing under radial clamping and axial load was simulated by Deform-3D. The breaking process of cutting materials were introduced. The material flow, strain, stress distribution of different steps were achieved. This two Shearing process, composite pressure and general, were used in 2024 aluminum bar. From the comparison of two processes on simulation and experiment, the sheafing with composite pressing is better than the general shearing process by creating three-dimensional stress, which can enhance the plasticity on the deforming zone of shearing.
