摘要
采用松下焊接机器人,进行铁路机车转向架焊接机器人系统设计,针对铁路机车转向架型号多及焊接品质要求高的特点,重点设计了双轴变位装置及接触传感(焊缝寻位)装置。将系统设计为双工位及机器人龙门架式移动工作方式,从而提高机器人利用率及工作效率。
A robot welding system designing for bogies of locomotives was presented by panasonic gantry welding robot. There were several different bogies of locomotives, and they need very high quality, the design of the double-shaft positioning device and the contact-sensing (state searching) device was designed. Moreover, the system was designed into double work position and gantry welding robots, which can improve the utilization and work efficiency of welding robots.
