轻烧料消化工艺对白云石熟料烧结性能的影响

摘要 以河南卫辉白云石为原料,经1 200℃2 h煅烧得到轻烧白云石,再经破粉碎后,分别研究了加水量(分别为轻烧白云石料质量的20%、30%、40%和50%)对消化后轻烧白云石粒度的影响,以及消化加水量和困料时间(分别为0.5、1、2、3、4、8和12 h)对烧结后白云石熟料烧结性能的影响。结果表明:当消化加水量<40%(w)时,随消化加水量的增加,消化后的轻烧料粒度越来越细。消化加水量为30%(w)、困料时间为2 h时,制得的白云石熟料的烧结性能最佳。 Dolomite from Henan Weihui was calcined at 1 200 ℃ for 2 h to get light-burned dolomite.The influences of digestion water additions(20%,30%,40% and 50% of the mass of ball milled light-burned dolomite) on particle size of digested light-burned dolomite and the digestion water additions and aging times(0.5,1,2,3,4,8 and 12 h) on the sintering properties of sintered dolomite clinker were studied,respectively.The results show that:when the digestion water addition is 〈40%,with water addition increasing,the particle size of digested light-burned dolomite becomes smaller;when the digestion water addition is 30% and the aging time is 2 h,the prepared dolomite clinker performs the best sintering properties.
