神经干细胞发育调控及移植疗效影响因素分析 被引量:5

Regulation of neural stem cell development and influence factors of transplantation therapy effect

摘要 神经干细胞由于其多分化的潜能被广泛运用于临床治疗各种疾病,其治疗方式主要有两种:一种是植入外源性神经干细胞;另一种是促进内源性神经干细胞增殖口。无论哪种方式.弄清控制神经干细胞增殖、分化、迁移以及影响其疗效的相关因素都极为重要。笔者通过阅读近年的国外相关文献.总结出调控神经干细胞发育及影响其疗效的因素包括细胞外基质及整合素分子、Rho激酶(ROCK)等,现综述如下,以期为神经干细胞的研究提供借鉴。
