基质金属蛋白酶-9及骨桥蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中表达及意义

摘要 目的通过对基质金属蛋-9(MMP-9)和骨桥蛋白(OPN)脑胶质瘤中的表达,探索MMP-9和OPN与脑胶质瘤发生发展的关系。方法本实验以52例人脑胶质瘤组织标本作为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测MMP-9和OPN的表达,并应用原位杂交技术检测MMP-9 mRNA在人脑胶质瘤中的表达情况。结果 MMP-9和OPN的表达水平与肿瘤的分级呈正相关(P<0.01);MMP-9 mRNA的表达水平与肿瘤的分级呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 MMP-9和OPN在脑胶质瘤发生发展中具有重要协同作用,联合检测MMP-9和OPN的表达可能与判断预后有关。 Objective To study the expression of matrix etalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) and osteopontin(OPN) in human brain gliomas mtissues and explore their correlation with the pathogenesis ofbrain gliomas. Method The study included 52 cases of brain gliomas as observation group. We analyzed their expression of MMP-9 and OPN by using immunohistochemistry. Investigate MMP-9 mRNA in brain gliomas by instiu hybridization. Results The expression of MMP-9 and OPN were associated with tumor classification( P 〈 O. 01 ). There was positive correlation- ship between MMP-9 and OPN in brain gliomas. There was positive correlationship between MMP-9 mRNA and tumor classification ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion The synergistic effect of MMP-9 and OPN may be involved in the develop- ment of brain gliomas. The combined examination of MMP-9 and OPN are significant prognostic indicator in brain glio-
