后循环缺血的功能影像学及电生理学研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 后循环缺血包括后循环短暂脑缺血发作和后循环脑梗死，约占缺血性脑血管病的20％。功能影像学及电生理学的发展和应用，提高了后循环缺血诊断的正确率。
