一类基于点-面模式的低阶单元接触搜索方法 被引量:8

摘要 本文基于三个接触搜索准则提出接触预搜索概念。在接触预搜索阶段通过分级筛选方法逐步缩小可能接触点副的单元集;然后,给出动态有限元分析中适用于大滑移的低阶单元接触点副的自动搜索算法。针对非线性动态接触问题有限元分析中常用低阶单元和点-面模式的搜索方式的情况,本文应用最近点投影搜索算法提出以等参坐标为参数的另一种接触搜索算法。该搜索算法不须预先指定可能接触范围,从而极大地降低了数据的准备工作和出错率;本搜索算法将各种可能接触状态统一在一种算法中进行处理,不必对各种接触状态分别采用不同的算法。算例表明,本文给出的低阶单元接触搜索算法是有效和可靠的。 Three criteria of contact searching and a pre -contacting search method are suggested in this paper. Through pre - contact searching, a great deal of surface finite elements is eliminated from a wider scope of the contact-pairs to be searched. An automatic contacting search algorithm of dynamic analysis for the lower order finite element is presented. The new algorithm for the lower order FE is based on the Master surface-Slave node concept and the closest point projection search method. It has the advantages of generating candidate contact elements automatically, relieving users from tedious input for contact interfaces. Numerical experiments show that the algorithm is reliable and efficient.
