摘要
在隧道干燥室顶部增设循环系统,将高湿、低温的气体从干燥室内抽出,打入高温区,增加高温区的湿度,使坯体达到临界水分的位置靠后,优化了初期干燥制度,避免了干燥裂纹的出现,试验数据对改进隧道式干燥室有着重要意义。
A circulatory system placed on the top of the tunnel dryer draws out the high humidity and low temperature gas from the dryer, and send them into the high temperature area, so as to increase the humidity, change the critical moisture position rearward, extend the early drying time, reduce the drying cracks. These experimental data is important to improvement of tunnel dryer.
