吐蕃对敦煌寺院属民的管理考论

Discussion on Tibetan's Management on the Monastic Population in Dunhuang

与吐蕃政权在其本土对作为寺院财产的寺院属民不再进行管理不同,在敦煌地区,吐蕃建立了专门的寺院属民户册而加强对其管理。即便如此,敦煌寺院属民并未被编入官府户籍而仍然依附于寺院或佛教教团,故而在实际管理过程中,由都司代表吐蕃政权行使对寺院属民的管理。

The Tibetan local government has made special census record to strengthen management on the monastic population in Dunhuang, which was different from the policy in Tibetan mainland. At the same time, the monastic population hasn＇t been enrolled in official census record and belonged to the temples or Buddhist organizations. In fact, it was Dusi Division Office that represented the Tibetan lo-cal government to manage the monastic population
