摘要
根据现场实际遇到的问题及故障处理经验,结合理论知识,对动叶可调轴流风机液压缸提高运行可靠性进行系统分析,提出了解决思路并制订了相应设备维护管理对策及预控措施,以保证风机更安全的运行。
According to the actual problems and failure treatment experience, combining theory knowledge, the measures of improving operating reliability of hydraulic cylinder in dynamic blades adjustable axial flow fan are analyzed systematically. The solving thinking is put forward, and the relevant equipment maintenance management measures and control countermeasures are made to ensure the operation of fan more safely.
