侧搅拌发酵罐内流场特性的模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某公司酒精发酵罐及搅拌设备存在的固相物料沉积严重,物料难于达到各种浓度参数的均匀分布问题,利用Gambit软件进行了三维建模和网格划分的工作,并采用计算流体力学软件Fluent进行了数值模拟。通过分析发酵罐内流场的流型、速度分布等,对现有发酵罐搅拌器进行了评估,并提出了改造方案,取得了较好的效果。
