负压封闭引流术治疗糖尿病并发压疮效果观察

Clinical observation on vacuum sealing drainage in treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated by bedsore

目的探讨负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术治疗糖尿病压疮的效果。方法将60例糖尿病压疮患者随机分为VSD组和常规治疗组,常规组给予基础治疗、基础护理、清创术、创面换药等治疗,VSD组在常规组的基础上应用VSD术。结果 VSD组治愈率为73.3%,明显高于常规治疗组的26.7%,VSD组治愈天数为(15.8±7.1)d,明显低于常规组的(22.1±8.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VSD治疗糖尿病并发的压疮效果更好,时间更短,并能减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in diabetes mellitus complicated by bedsore.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic bedsore were randomly divided into two groups： VSD group and general group.Results In VSD group,cure rate（73.3%） was significantly higher than that in general group（26.7%）.In VSD group,days for cure was 15.8 days,lower than 22.1 days in general group,but without significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions VSD is effective in treating diabetic bedsore.
