通过对福建省莆田市区东圳干渠现状调查、勘测,根据水文学原理和管理实践经验,对暴雨洪水和渠道行洪、排洪能力进行估算、概化,并分析、计算了渠道设计暴雨洪水和渠道可通过最大暴雨洪水调洪方案,为防汛决策、灾情评估等提供量化依据,可供参考应用.

Through investigating and surveying the current situation of Dongzhen main canal of Putian city and based on the hydrology principle and management practice, the design strom flood and the most heavy storm flood are analyzed and calculated in order to put forword the evidence for flood control decision and disaster assessment.
