摘要
简述江西省黎川县山洪灾害预警系统建设基本情况,阐述了山洪灾害预警系统在黎川县防汛减灾中的作用,并分析了该县山洪灾害预警系统存在的问题,提出了相关的建议.
The basic condition of the freshet disaster early-warning system in Lichuan county is introducted in this paper. The effect of the freshet disaster early-warning system is stated and the existing problems are analyzed. At last, the relevent suggestion is put forward.
