深圳市0-7岁六类残疾儿童普查分析

Investigative Analysis of 6 Types of Disabled Children Aged 0-7 in Shenzhen

1999年底对深圳市 0 - 7岁残疾儿童进行了普查。应查 7772 7人 ,实查 770 15人 ,普查率 99.2 %。依据《中国残疾人实用评定标准》 ,共查出六类残疾 398人 ,现残率为 8.4 8‰。其中智力残疾及言语残疾最高 ,现残率为 3.33‰ ,视力残疾最低 ,现残率 0 .37‰。

A general survey on 6 categories of disabled children aged 0-7 in Shenzhen was carried out at the end of 1999.Of 77,727 children,77,015 were investigated according to the project.The screening rate is 99.2%.According to the China disabled person's practical evaluation criterion,398 were diagnosed as having 6 kinds of disability,this accounting for accounted for 8.48‰.Among the target group,the highest rate was seen to be mental retardation (3.33‰)and speech handicap(3.33‰),and the lowest rate was found to be visual handicap(0.37‰).
