摘要
目的 :探讨以家庭为核心对孤独症儿童进行早期干预的有效方法。方法 :以《早期训练纲要》(FFK)为宗旨对 2 1例孤独症儿童 ,进行为期 18个月的家庭训练对照研究。结果 :18个月的家庭训练中 ,指导组患儿技能平均增长 10 0项 ,对照组患儿技能平均增长 53项。两组结果差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论
The research set out to investigate the effectiveness of a method of family training for a child with early autism.The method of family training was based on the early training(FFK) to 21 autistic children during 18 months.The experimental group developed 100 skills after 18 months of family training,while the control group only acquired 53 skills.The results between the two groups are statistically significant (P<0.001).Family training using systematized support and direction is shown to be very effective in promoting the dcvclopment of early skill for autistic children.
