基于数字量和阻值融合测量的ATS矩阵开关自检方法

摘要 针对目前ATS矩阵开关自检方法存在的自检内容不全、故障诊断效率低等问题,研究和分析了其自检的目的、内容以及基于数字量测量和阻值测量自检方法的特征,并提出了一种基于数字量和阻值融合测量的自检方法,并以某型ATS矩阵开关为例,对其自检资源配置方法、自检流程进行了详细描述。工程实践表明,该方法可实现对矩阵开关监测、测试补偿以及准确故障诊断,具有很高的实用价值。 To solve the problems of incomplete contents and low efficiency troubleshooting of present self-test methods for matrix switch of ATS, the self-test purposes and content of matrix switch and the characteristics of the methods based on digital measurement and resistance measurement are researched and analyzed, a self-test method based on fusion measurements of digital and resistance is presented in this paper. Resources allocation and process are described in detail in the self-test method design for a certain type of ATS matrix switch. Engineering practice shows that the method with high practical value can realize the matrix switch monitoring, testing compensation and accurate fault diagnosis.
