摘要
并联接入式流量测量方法与串联式测量方法相比,接入简单,装卸不需要破坏管道.引入基准流量,根据基准流量发生前后压缩气体的压力变化率可以求解泄漏流量;采用基于非线性微分跟踪器的滤波方法对压力信号滤波,有效消除了噪声的影响.实验结果表明:并连接入式的测量方法测量精度可达到满量程3%,重复精度可达满量程3%,适用于气动节能工业.
An instantaneous method for measuring leakage flow rate was proposed by employing a stand- ard flow. Measuring equipment was connected to the pipeline, which promised the convenience and non-destruction. Standard flow was used to determine the internal volume of measured equipment. And a nonlinear discrete-time tracking differentiator had been designed to track the differential pressure. Furthermore, an algo- rithm was formulated to describe, the relationship between leakage and standard flow rate. The method devi- ates from the theoretical leakage values by less than 3% full scale (FS) , and shows a good precision and scope compared with traditional flow measurements. In addition, the proposed parallel connection based on standard flow makes operation easy and measuring fast possibly, thus the method can be applied in the new area of pneumatic energy saving industry.
