厄贝沙坦、硝苯地平控释片联合金水宝治疗高血压微量蛋白尿的疗效观察

Irbesartan and Nifedipine GITS Combined Jinshuibao in the Treatment of Hypertension with Microalbuminuria

目的分析探讨厄贝沙坦、硝苯地平控释片联合金水宝治疗高血压微量蛋白尿的疗效。方法收集近年来在我院接受治疗的高血压患者80例,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦、硝苯地平控释片口服,观察组在给予厄贝沙坦、硝苯地平控释片的基础上,给予金水宝胶囊,3个月1疗程。疗程结束后,比较两组患者24 h微量蛋白尿、24 h动态血压、尿10项、肾功能、心脏超声的情况。结果疗程结束后,两组患者24 h微量蛋白尿比治疗前得到了明显的改善(P<0.05);观察组治疗后24 h微量蛋白尿水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后24 h动态血压、尿10项、肾功能、心脏超声情况比较并无显著性差异,不具有可比性(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦、硝苯地平控释片联合金水宝治疗高血压微量蛋白尿优于厄贝沙坦、硝苯地平控释片治疗方法,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Irbesartan ment of hypertension with microalbuminuria. Methods 80 and nifedipine GITS combined Jinshuibao in the treatcases of patients with hypertension were randomly di- vided into control group and observation group, the control group were treated with irbesartan, nifedipine GITS, observation group were given irbesartan and nifedipine GITS on the basis of given of Jinshuibao capsule, three month as a course of treatment, after treatment, compared in patients 24 h microalbuminuria, 24 h ambulatory blood pres- sure, urine ten, renal, cardiac ultrasound. Results At the end of treatment, both groups of patients for 24 h with microalbuminuria are better than pre - treatment obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The observation group after treatment for 24 h microalbuminuria was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, for 24 h ambu- latory blood and urine of ten, renal, cardiac ultrasound circumstances,there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） o Conclusion Irbesartan and nifedipine GITS combined Jinshuibao are better than irbesartan and nifedipine GITS in the treatment of hypertension with microalbuminuria. It is worthy of promotion and application.
