摘要
目的探讨药物流产的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2008-01～2012-03间,在门诊自愿药物终止早孕的患者449例的临床资料。结果完全流产401例,占89.3%;流产失败48例,占10.7%。年龄≥35岁、停经≥45 d、流产次数多者,药物流产失败率明显增高。结论米非司酮与米索前列醇配伍终止早孕临床效果满意,安全、方便,但其效果受患者的年龄、流产次数、孕龄等因素的影响。
Objective To Investigate the clinical effect and safety of medical abortion. Methods To Retrospective analyze on the 449 patients who voluntarily decided medical termination of early pregnancy from 2008 -01 to 2012 -03. Results 401 cases （89.3%） were complete abortion. 48 cases （10. 7% ） with abortion failure. Abortion failure rate was significantly higher in the age over 35 years old, menopause time over 45 days and frequency abortion medical patients. Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate early pregnancy clinical results were satisfactory, safe, convenient, but it effected by the patient＇s age, number of abortions, gestational age factors.
