应用灰色关联法分析医院业务收入的影响因素

Using Grey Correlation Method to analyze the Influence Factor of Hospital Business Income

目的分析医院管理中与医院业务收入有关的影响因素,为医院管理和制定发展规划提供科学依据。方法应用灰色系统理论对医院2006年-2010年影响医院业务收入、医疗质量及医疗工作的住院手术人次、业务用房面积、万元以上设备数、出院人次等29项影响因素进行分析。结果与业务收入关联度较高的依次为住院手术人次(r=0.8465)>业务用房面积(r=0.8061)>职工人均业务收入(r=0.7984)>万元以上设备数(r=0.7949)>固定资产额(r=0.7807)>住院抢救人次(r=0.7694)。结论加大固定资产投入、增加开放床位数,提高收治能力和诊治能力,是增加医院业务收入的主要途径。因素灰色关联分析法适合于多因素(非线性的因素)分析,计算简便,结果合理,在医院管理中有更为广泛的用途。

Objective By analyzing related influence factors of hospital business income, on the basis of the result, we can establish the development plan for the hospital. Methods Based on grey system theory, we analyzed 29 effect factors, such as the hospital business income, medical treatment quality, hospitalization surgery people, business housing area, equipments of ten thousand yuan and above and discharges person time and ete from 2006 to 2010. Results High correlation to the business income in sequence are respectively hospital surgery people （r = 0. 8465）, business housing area （r = 0. 8061 ）, worker per capita business income （r = 0. 7984）, equipments of ten thousand yuan and above （r = 0.7949）, fixed assets （r = 0.7807） and hospitalization rescue people （r = 0.7694）. Conclusions The main way of increasing hospital business income are increase of the fixed assets investment, increase of the number of beds, improvement of the ability of reserving and curing and treatment. Grey correlation method suits for multiple factors analysis （ Nonlinear factors）. The calculation is simple and convenient with reasonable result which can be widely used in the hospital management.
