医院机关文化建设对干部素质培养的探讨与实践

作为为临床一线服务的机关工作人员,其能力素质高低,体现了医院的整体管理素质和水平,因此加强机关文化建设是医院进行现代化管理的重要手段。文章提示借助机关党支部这一平台,通过参加支部组织的现代管理理论学习、"志愿者在医院"、接待礼仪等活动,有益于机关工作人员管理理念、工作作风、道德修养的培养。使机关干部的大局意识、服务意识、团结协作意识不断增强。办事程序规范,服务质量、服务水平和管理能力不断提高,互帮互助、团结协作的风气逐渐形成。对医院有效加强干部素质培养具有借鉴作用。

Organ staff member serving for clinical, departments whether their abilities low and high, which embodies the whole management quali- ty and level of the hospital. Therefore, organ cultural construction strengthening is a vital means of conducting modern management of hospital. This paper implies that with the help of Party branch, through participating modern management theory learning, Volunteers in Hospital＇ and reception and etiquette activities hold by branch, which are benefit to the training of organ staff member＇ s management idea, work style and moral cultivation. Over- all awareness, service awareness and unity and cooperation awareness of Organ cadre have been strengthened. Their handle affairs procedure, service quality, service level and management ability continually improve. The ethos of mutual - help and cooperation are gradually formed. It plays referent role for effectively strengthen cadre quality training.
