从现实情况来看,黑龙江省发展低碳工业经济的影响因素主要包括发展低碳工业经济的政策、技术支撑及企业参与低碳工业经济的意愿和能力,这些因素直接影响欠发达地区低碳工业经济发展的最终结果,如效益增加、效率提高及对环境的改善。发展低碳经济是实现可持续发展的重要途径。

Developing low - carbon economy is an important way to fulfill sustainable development. Recently, studies on the affecting factors of low - carbon industrial economy development in underdeveloped regions are relatively rare, especially for empirical research. Practically, these affecting factors mainly include policy and technology supports for the low - carbon industrial economy development, and enterprises＇ will of participating into the low -carbon industrial economy, which directly affect the outcomes of low -carbon industrial economy development in underdeveloped regions, such as henefit aggregation, efficiency enhancement, and environment improvement. Based on research assumptions and focusing on Heilongjiang province, this study adopts structure equation model to empirically analyze the impacts of various affecting factors.
