中小企业产业集群持续创新能力评价研究

Research on Continuous Innovation Ability Evaluation for Industrial Clusters of SMEs

综合国内外对中小企业产业集群创新和集群持续创新系统的有关论述,结合中小企业产业集群的特点,对中小企业产业集群持续创新系统进行了界定,并构建了能够反映中小企业产业集群持续创新能力的评价体系。同时运用基于灰色系统理论的AHP综合评价方法对评价体系进行了实证分析,与其他评价方法相比,该综合评价方法评价程序更加完善,评价步骤更加细致,大大提高了评价系统的可靠性。

Reference to domestic and foreign expositions about small and medium enterprises cluster continuous innovation and cluster innovation systems, combined with the characteristics of industrial clusters of SMEs, the continuous innovation system of SME industrial clusters has been defined and the evaluation index system has been built. While the comprehensive evaluation system is verified with AHP approach of based on gray system theory. Compared with other evaluation methods, the approach of AHP based on gray system theory have better procedures and more detailed evaluation steps, reliability of the evaluation system is enhanced greatly.
