摘要 从阀门远程维护的目标出发,研究和开发了基于物联网的阀门智能系统。该系统可远程采集安装在水电厂的阀门实时运行信息,并通过适当的分析,判断其运行状态,以便及时进行维护,从而确保阀门安全可靠运行。所开发系统的终端为具有状态信息采集功能的阀门控制设备,它将所采集的信息通过无线方式传至当地公共互联网,转而送至阀门生产企业。通过该系统,生产企业可及时了解安装在世界各地的阀门的运行情况。 In order to get the goal of valve remote maintenance, an intelligent system based on internet of things, which can collect the valve's real time operating condition information, is studied and developed. The terminal of the developed system is the valve control device, which can connect to internet by wireless network and then to valve's producer. By suitable analysis and judgment of these valve's operating conditions, then maintenance promptly, it will insure the valve operate safely and reliably. This system will help producer to know operation information of valves that are installed in all over the world in time and then to improve valve's quality.
