抽水蓄能电站电磁阀故障分析及设计选型

Fault Analysis and Design Selection for Solenoid Valve of Pumped Storage Power Station

摘要 阐述了电磁阀的工作原理和选型要求,结合相关故障实例,从控制程序、球阀控制效果、密封控制、控制回路设计等方面分析了电磁阀故障原因。在单稳态与双稳态电磁阀的选择、控制回路及控制程序的设计、电磁阀阀芯状态监测的选用、电磁阀线圈供电回路的选取等方面给出了相应的改进建议。 The operation principle and selection requirements of solenoid valve are described. Combined with the related fault example, the fault reason of solenoid valve is analyzed from the control program, the control effect of ball valve, the seal control, and the design of the control loop, etc. Related improvement suggestions are given from the selection of mono-stable or bi-stable solenoid valve, the design of the control loop and control program, the selection of valve core monitoring of solenoid valve, and the selection of power supply loop for solenoid valve coil.
