摘要
介绍了一种位移、应变类传感器自动标定装置的基本原理,叙述了传感器自动标定装置的构成部分,从高精度电控平台、闭环控制电路、传感器装夹结构和自动标定软件这4个方面介绍了整个装置的研制过程。试验证明,该自动标定装置的各项技术指标满足设计要求,自动标定系统的标定精度较高,标定仪器的效率有较大提高,能够替代人工标定系统对传感器进行自动化标定。
The principle for the automatic calibration system for displacement and strain type sensors is described. A high- precision electric control platform sensor automatic calibration device component is described. The development process of the whole device is introduced from high-precision electronic control platform, closed loop control circuit, sensor clamping structure and automatic calibration software. The experiments indicate that the automatic calibration device of the technical indexes meets the design requirements, and the calibration precision of the automatic calibration system is higher and the efficiency of the calibration instrument is higher. It can replace the manual calibration system of sensor automatic calibration.
