摘要
目的通过对一起来自日本入境人员放射性超标的调查,分析日本核泄漏后扩散的因素、对环境污染影响的范围及对人群可能造成的损伤。方法对入境放射性超标人员进行现场流行病学调查、气象流行病学分析,辐射损伤诊断和除辐射污染处理。结果2名放射性超标人员经专用的辐射防护洗发、沐浴液进行全身淋浴去污,体表外恢复正常,对周围人群和环境无影响,其中1名人员甲状腺区及正前胸腺区γ射线值仍高达4μsv/h,需服用碘片。结论该起入境人员放射性超标事件是由日本核泄漏引起,无锡机场口岸在日常检测中发现了核污染情况,进行有效处理后未构成对环境、周围人群的危害,确保了国境口岸安全、出入境人员健康和社会稳定。
Objective To investigate the excessive radioactive events of entry Japanese at Wuxi airport, and to analyze the diffusion factors after the Japanese nuclear leakage, the scope of influence of pollution to the environment and the probable damage to the people. Methods Field epidemiology investigation, meteorological epidemiological analysis, radiation damage diagnosis and treatment of radioactive contamination to radioactive excessive entry people were conducted. Results Two cases of radioactive excessive staff took whole body shower with the dedicated radiation protection of shampoo, shower liquid for decontamination. Body surface indices returned to normal levels, but also the surrounding population and enviroment will not have any negative impact. One of them need to take iodine tablets, the r-ray values were still up to 4 usv/h at thyroid area and prothoracic area. Conclusion The entry persons over radioactive incident were caused by Japanese nuclear leakage. Wuxi airport found inspection of nuclear pollution in the daily. It doesn't constitute a hazard to crowd around the environment after effective treatment. It is important to ensure the safety of frontier ports, the health of the entry-exit personnel and the stability of society.
