延安市中学生网络成瘾状况及心理健康分析

The situation of Internet addiction disorder and the analysis of mental health on the high school students in Yan'An city

目的了解延安市中学生网络成瘾现状及心理。方法采用分层抽样方法抽取延安市宝塔区某重点中学750名高中生为调查对象,进行Young网络成瘾量表、安全与不安全量表、自信心测量量表调查评估。结果延安市中学生上网率91.5%,网络成瘾率32.49%;中学生中有一定比例的缺乏安全感学生,其中,网络成瘾者为21.3%,未成瘾者为14.02%;网络成瘾者中自信心不足占7.83%,未成瘾者占3.77%。结论延安市中学生网络成瘾率较高,成瘾者心理健康水平低于未成瘾者,应正确引导学生使用网络,避免网络成瘾带给学生生理、心理的伤害。

Objective To find out the situation of Internet addiction disorder （IAD） and the psychology on the high school students in Yan＇ An city. Methods By stratified sampling and cluster sampling, 750 high students from a middle school in Baota area of Yan＇ an city participated in the questionnaire survey. Psychological assessment was carried out among the students with Internet addiction from rating scale, safefy and unsafety scale （SUS） and self confidence-rating scale （SCRS）. Results Surfing the net rate of the middle school students in Yan＇ An city was 91.5% and the IAD prevalence rate was 32. 49%. There are a proportion of students who are lack of the sense of safety in the middle school students. In which,the IAD prevalence rate was 21.3% ,the normal Intent user rate was 14. 02% ;The rate of people who are lack of self confidence of IAD prevalence is 7.83% ,the normal Intent user rate was 3.77%. Conclusion The IAD prevalence rate of the high school students in Yan＇ An city was high. The mental health level is lower in IAD than in normal use. We should give correct guidance lo students as to using the Internet, and avoid physiological and psychological hurt of IAD.
