股骨双隧道胫骨单隧道双束重建治疗前交叉韧带损伤

摘要 目的通过与单束重建术的临床疗效进行比较,对前交叉韧带股骨双隧道胫骨单隧道双束重建术做一客观评价。方法对30名前交叉韧带损伤患者行韧带重建手术,根据病人的病情、医生建议和患者意愿,分成2组,单束重建组(A组)和双束重建组(B组)各15例。分别记录各组病人入院时、术后3个月、术后6个月和术后9个月时IKDC评分和Lysholm评分,对所得结果进行统计学分析。结果术后3个月时、6个月时、9个月时两组患者的IKDC评分(P值分别为0.458,0.387,0.265)和Lysholm评分(P值分别为0.857,0.938,0.587)均无统计学差异。结论相对于单束重建,前交叉韧带双束重建术在提高膝关节IKDC评分、Lysholm评分结果上没有优势。双束重建术与单束重建术都能良好地重建膝关节的稳定性,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To compare the clinical outcomes of double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with that of single-bundle reconstruction,and make an objective evaluation.Methods In this research thirty patients with unilateral anterior cruciate ligament injuries were treated with ligament reconstruction operation.According to the doctors suggestion,patients'condition and wishes,all the patients were divided into two groups.In group A 15 cases were treated with single-bundle reconstruction.In group B 15 cases were treated with double-bundle reconstruction.Filled the IKDC subjective knee evaluation form and Lysholm scale when 3 months,6 months and 9 months.And make statistics analysis,to evaluate the clinical value of the two methods.Results At 3 months、6 months,9 months postoperatively,there were no significant differences in both IKDC and Lysholm scores between the two groups.Conclusion Compare to the single-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,double-bundle reconstruction has no advantage in improving IKDC and Lysholm scores.Both of them can well reconstructive knee's stability and improve the patients'quality of life.
