本文以福建省立医院信息化建设为例,探讨信息化技术在公立医院改革中的作用。通过对信息化技术在医院的应用效果进行分析,认为信息化技术带动了医疗服务模式的变革,推进医院进行业务流程再造,有效提升医院工作效率和医疗服务质量,规范诊疗行为,保障医疗安全,促进区域协同医疗的实现,使医改措施落到实处。

This paper takes the informatization construction of Fujian Provincial Hospital as an example, explores the roles of information technology in the reform of public hospitals. Through analysis on the application effect of information technology in hospitals, the information technology has driven the reform of medical service patterns, helps to reconstruct hospital business process, enhances efficiency and the quality of medical service in hospital, standardizes the behavior of diagnosis and treatment, protects the health care safety, promotes the implementation of regional medical cooperation, implements medical reform measures truly.
