摘要
目的:了解我院2007—2010年抗菌药物应用现状及其变化趋势,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:采用用药金额排序法和限定日剂量(DDD)法对我院2007—2010年抗菌药物的应用情况作统计分析并进行评估。结果:2007—2010年抗菌药物销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,以口服药为主,抗菌药物的使用基本符合口腔感染的治疗特点。结论:我院抗菌药物使用较为合理,但水平仍有待提高。
OBJECTIVE ： To analyze the status quo and the tendency of the unilization of antibiotics in our hospital during 2007-2010 for clinical reference of rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： The utilization data of the antibacterials used in our hospital during 2007-2010 were anayzed statistically by using the methods of ordering consumption sum and defined daily dose （DDD）. RESULTS：Amount of antibacterial drugs was a rising trend during 2007-2010, mainly oral drugs, use of antibiotics in General, oral infections treatment. CONCLUSION：The use of antibiotics was rational on the whole, while the rational use of drugs should be further improved.
