门急诊处方点评与分析

Comment and Analysis of Outpatient and Emergency Prescriptions

目的:了解某医院门急诊处方质量、用药基本情况和存在的问题。方法:随机抽查1 200张门急诊处方,按照《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的要求对其逐一点评,并进行统计分析。结果:1 200张门急诊处方中,合理处方520张,处方合理率为43.33%;不合理处方680张(占56.67%),其中不规范处方588张,不适宜处方92张,主要表现为处方书写不规范、遴选药品不适宜、用法与用量不适宜等。结论:该院门急诊处方合理率较低,处方书写质量及用药合理性有待进一步加强与提高。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the quality of outpatient ＆ emergency prescriptions, drug use and the problems involved in drug use in a hospital. METHODS： A total of 1 200 outpatient ＆ emergency prescriptions randomly sampled from our hospital were commented in accordance with ＂Hospital Management Standard on Prescription Comment （trial）＂ and which were also analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Of the total 1 200 prescriptions, 520 （43. 33% ） were rational and 680 （56. 67% ） irrational. Of the irrational ones, 588 were nonstandard prescriptions and 92 were inappropriate ones which manifested as nonstandard in prescription writing, irrational choice of drugs and inappropriate in dosage and administration etc. CONCLUSION： The rate of rational outpatient ＆ emergency prescriptions was on the lower side, thus the prescription writing and rational level of drug use remain to be strengthened and improved further.
