硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗高血压急症36例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 36 Patients with Hypertensive Emergency Treated by Nitroglycerin Intravenously Guttae

目的:探讨硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年12月收治的36例高血压急症患者静脉应用硝酸甘油治疗的临床资料。结果:与治疗前相比,血压在静脉滴注硝酸甘油后5 mim明显下降(P<0.05),并分别于60 min,90 min内降至安全范围和目标血压值;心率虽较治疗前稍增快,但无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗高血压急症疗效好,安全性高。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and of Nitroglycerin intravenously guttae （iv gtt） in patients with hypertensive emergency. Method： The clinical data of 36 patients with hypertensive emergency treated by Nitroglycerin iv gtt were analyzed retrospectively from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2011. Result： The BP descended significantly at after treatment 5 mins（P 〈 0.05） and reached the safety blood pressure （BP） and aim BP in 60 mins and 90 mins respectively. The heart rate became faster than before treatment, but it was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： It is effective and safe in treatment of hypertensive emergency using Nitroglycerin iv gtt.
