建立公共卫生信息化推进公共卫生综合服务管理——以重庆市梁平县公共卫生信息化建设为例

重庆市梁平县为了提高公共卫生服务管理水平和服务能力,结合新医改目标,深入研究公共卫生体系建设中存在的问题,提出并建立了以"乡镇公共卫生管理中心"为龙头、以"公共卫生信息管理系统"为平台的"公共卫生服务一卡通"服务模式和"公共卫生服务信息化考评监管"模式。基本实现了九大类基本公共卫生服务信息化管理,提升了机构服务质量、服务效率和居民满意度。

In order to improve public health service management and service capabilities, combined with the goal of new health reform and based on the in-depth study on public health system problems, the service model of ＂public health service electric-card＂ and the model of ＂public health service information evaluation and supervision＂ was proposed and established in Liangping County of Chongqing with ＂township Center for Public Health Management＂ as the leading role and ＂public health information management system＂ as platform. The information management of nine categories of basic public health services was accomplished basically, and the quality of service agencies, service efficiency and residents satisfaction also was improved.
