摘要
综述了溶解氧测定的方法原理及适用范围,重点论述了碘量法、氧电极法、分光光度法、荧光猝灭法的研究进展,并对溶解氧测定方法的发展应用进行了展望。
The principle and the application scope of several methods to measure dissolved oxygen was summarized,the research progress of iodimetry,oxygen electrode method,spectrophotometry and fluorescence quenching method was mainly discussed.Its application future of the development on the detection of the dissolved oxygen was prospect.
