According to the sustainable development idea and the modern urban development thinking,the road construction not only simply solves the traffic problem,but also improves the city image,extends the city space,perfects the city structure,integrates the city functions,advances the land value along lines and the city grade,promotes the people's life and realizes the comprehensive coordinated development of the city.The article discusses the urban systematical issues of the traffic,the land utilization along line,ecological environmental project,landscape,disaster reduction and disaster prevention in the road design.
