This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties in the construction of Ningbo City Zhongbao Interchange Project from the angle of construction unit,introduces the construction management experience and quality,and the safety assurance measures of this project,and thinks about some key problems of the engineering construction management,which can be referred for the construction management of the similar projects.
