摘要
该文从刚果共和国吉利饮用水处理二期新建项目为例,对该工程的混凝土配合比进行研究,为达到混凝土强度要求和克服薄壁混凝土池体结构因水化热产生裂缝,采用控制混凝土用量、掺加粉煤灰和高效缓凝减水剂,运用密实骨架堆积理论对混凝土配合比进行优化,有效地减少混凝土温度裂缝的产生。
As an example of the newly built project of the Republic of Congo Ghillie Waterworks Phase II, the article studies the concrete mixing ratio of this project. In order to satisfy the concrete strength requirement and to overcome the cracks of the thick-wall concrete tank structure because of hydration heat, the accumulation theory of dense skeleton is applied to optimize the concrete mixing ratio together by controlling the concrete dosage and admixing the fly ash and high-efficient water reducing retarder, which can efficiently decrease the cause of concrete temperature cracks.
